B and B Ristorante

Batali & Bastianich Hospitality Group’s B&B Ristorante at The Venetian will participate in Restaurant Week, offering multicourse, prix-fixe menus with a portion of each meal sold to be donated to Three Square Food Bank.

Guests can select one option from each course of the $50 per person menu:

Antipasti selections are golden beet salad or field greens with Trebbiano vinaigrette.

Primi selections are ricotta ravioli with summer squash or garganelli Bolognese.

Secondi selections are spicy two-minute calamari, short rib “al Barolo” or milk-braised pork shoulder with gnocchi alla Romana.

Dolci includes seasonal gelati and sorbetti.
