From July 19-30, patrons can enjoy a multicourse dinner at Border Grill Mandalay Bay for $50, and $5 will be donated to Three Square food bank in Southern Nevada.
The starter is an esquite espuma salad with grilled corn.
The appetizer is Santa Barbara prawns a la plancha with Peruvian potatoes.
Entree choices include Pacific halibut al pastor or ancho-dusted Kurobuta pork tenderloin.
The dessert is a coffee flan with berries.
