Popular cigar lounge reopens just off Strip

Freyboy Tobacco’s popular Cigarbox is back with a new location providing convenient access for Las Vegas locals and visitors. The new Cigarbox is just west of the Strip, a few blocks south of West Flamingo Avenue at 4046 Dean Martin Drive.

The new, 2,300-square-foot upscale cigar bar offers a spacious, well-ventilated space with 26-foot-tall ceilings. A humidor houses a large selection of premium cigars, and there’s always a cigar expert on hand to make a recommendation.

The design modernizes the classic den through an industrial loft-style setting with oversized, comfortable furniture, an eclectic art collection and exposed rafters on the ceiling. A bar offers wine, beer, coffee drinks and spirits, as well as an array of snacks. High-definition televisions visible from every seat provide a constant view of ‘the game.’

Freyboy Tobacco, celebrating its 20th anniversary, had 10 cigar shops at its height. Owner Michael Frey has become the go-to cigar purveyor in the city for locals, as well as some of the most prominent names in the industry.

Cigarbox originally opened in 2008 on South Rancho Drive, offering a gathering place for cigar lovers and friends to smoke a cigar over their lunch breaks or after work.
